Guzzle\Http\Exception\CurlException: [curl] 60: SSL certificate problem: unable to get local issuer certificate [url] with  php-trello-api

From January, my code had a bug. I can't create new card. I tried my key and token, that works in postman. I couldn't find the problem, do you have some idea for my error message?  Thanks in advance.
