Helm charts for other Tekton components (triggers, dashboard) and the Tekton Operator

Hi!

I'm wondering if there are any plans for supporting Helm charts for other Tekton components (triggers, dashboard) and the Tekton Operator?

Also, are there any plans to update the Helm chart for the latest pipeline releases?
