When I open Dev Tools then proceed to do a Hard Refresh (Ctrl + Shift + R) seconds later the browser will lock up and not respond.
This can also happen during normal page loads, just not always.
This can be a little frustrating when debugging.
If someone can confirm this issue occurs for them as well that would be great.
