Enhance audit log details

We currently receive the following notification in Slack:

Could we put in brackets the user email of the one granting the access and the form name to make it easy to quickly assess the situation?

With #6455 the Audit Log messages are being changed into JSON objects for format.

If we need to improve the Slack Messaging we'll need to tweak the AuditLogs lambda to output the message in a cleaner format, as it will be even less human readable by default now.

@wmoussa-gc - let us know if you feel this has pertinence or if the new JSON format will be fine.
