Quick functionality testing for how we might be able to transfer files directly from GC Forms to SharePoint

• API Connect to MS List (tabular) to have a database that auto-updates based on form intake // ingest from database
• Lists also has embedded forms of its own, not MS Forms
• People might want to use Power Automate to scrape, is there a checker if connected, could scrape email previously
• don't have links set up

• which part is it that is the issue, is it the link?
• every department has different licensing
• have to consider the data frame that could change
• catalog, data dictionary changing, schema quality -- data maturity / integration
• OneDrive = cloud, hyperlink to SharePoint (add pinned shortcut) which is browser based
• Start SharePoint folder structure from channels (in Teams) or in-site library (in Browser)
