First release of Celeritas intended for broad use. It will: - support easy offloading from Geant4 apps - be compatible with the range of Geant4 versions available and used by the frameworks and the public - support enough core EM physics to be an accurate stand-in replacement for standard EM physics - have performance parity with Geant4 when using CPU offloading (?)
