Deprecate portions of the core json rpc #2675
Description
With deduplication of storage efforts, we are planning on adding the option to store block data long term in celestia-node bridge nodes. For the endpoint that we can, we would add the equivalent endpoint in celestia-node, then add a deprecation notice here.
Which exact json RPC endpoints can be moved still needs to be specified. The closing criteria for this issue are:
- list all deprecated rpc endpoints here and in a CIP
- add the deprecation notices in the comments
- add the deprecation notices in the release notes
- ensure the replacement is also documented and included in the same release
