we're hitting insane amounts of issues with the CI most of which we can't replicate locally on a more powerful machine. Even when I ran on a docker container with half a gig of ram and single cpu I couldn't recreate all of the problems.
before we go into debugging the CI, we should first increase the CI runner's resources. This could be via github or even a private runner.
