Initial release

First release of the new stand-alone oMST! Code initially written by @audrey-hemp, then forked and revised by @celstark.

Mac (Apple Silicon = "universal", Intel="x64") and Windows versions available. The universal Mac one is a fat binary, but is not functioning properly on Intel, so use the x64 one for older Macs.
