Switch Pro Controller gryo inverted axises on Linux

Current Behavior

I'm using dkms-hid-nintendo and joycond to have my Switch pro controller be recognized by Cemu, and all works well, except that with gryo the axises are seemingly inverted. In Wind Waker turning the controller like a steering wheel moves the camera up and down, and tilting the controller up and down moves the camera left to right.

Expected Behavior

Gyro works as expected

Steps to Reproduce

Install DKMS-HID-NINTENDO and install joycond by building them from source. Plug in controller via usb. Press zl and zr to activate the controller. In the input settings, select the pro controller under the SDLcontroller API.
It may be worth noting that the ab/xy buttons default to the xbox layout and I have to change them.

dkms-hid-nintendo has been replaced and SDL assumes hid-nintendo is in use

I've removed dkms-hid-nintendo from my system. Sure enough, hid-nintendo is in the kernel.
The issue persists however.

Likely is this issue from SDL, which is fixed in version 3.2.28. Would require Cemu to upgrade to SDL3
