Yakuza 1/2 HD Collection title switching crash

Current Behavior

When switching back and forth between several titles, the program crashes on the third one.

Expected Behavior

Fix title switching crash.

Steps to Reproduce

When in the title selection of yakuza 1 and yakuza 2, choose yakuza 1 or yakuza 2. After successfully loading the title screen for yakuza 1 or yakuza 2, press the B button to return to the title selection screen. Attempting to make another selection will cause the game to crash.

yeah this is because title switching support isn't perfect yet as is mentioned in the PR.
It's good enough to go from the simple launcher into game. But unloading the game is much more complex so something probably breaks during that.
It will be fixed eventually
