telegram notification: links only to deprecated pages

The telegram notification links are considering the deprecated pages. It should be nice to bring them to the resource status pages similar as working with Teams notification.

Have you carried out your tests with the recently proposed packaging? Or this problem had been encountered before? (We added the packaging on the basis of what already existed in our plugins repo, but without any way of testing that the existing work was currently functional with lastest Telegram version).

This problem is on actual version 20250300 and there are no updates since a year on the telegram notification. The notification will send correctly to telegram. The problem is that the notification links that will allow the user to see immediatly the host/service are using the deprecated pages and not the resource page link. On teams connector for example you use the correct links.
