Support for multiple languages

The current architecture might not support this, and there are probably a bunch of questions to consider, but it was what I thought of when I encountered the EO glossary. Some questions suggested by @do-me :

• What language is authoritative (eg for cross-linking terms)?
• What if language nuances lead to a different graph?
• What if a language has multiple words for the same concept?
• What about versioning in different languages?
• Do we need a separate translation approval strategy?

Indeed I think these questions are non-trivial and need some careful consideration before taking a decision.

I'd like to hear some more opinions on this, but from my perspective for now adoption of the English glossary might have priority, so we gain traction and actual contributions. Adding multiple languages right now would probably rather lead to confusion and cause friction at this early stage. Hence I'd propose to add this to the backlog until we reach version 1.0 of the glossary. Happy to hear your take!
