zenodo: get status of async results

After #1957 is merged and we will have creating and uploading files to Zenodo ready, we need to have a mechanism to get all async results statuses (e.g status of file uploads), to show in UI, client

• keep task ids when created (might be good if there is a possibility to group them, e.g "all tasks of Zenodo upload deposit: add collapsable descriptions #555 )
• gather all task results on demand , and check their status, handle their error if failed
• create endpoint tha will fetch task statuses
