Consider displaying all features that are open in the sidebar

Currently the main report pane will only show the data for a single feature (the last feature selected in the side-bar).

After recent changes to the side-bar it is now possible to have multiple features expanded at the same time (so you can see the scenarios buttons for each). I am wondering if we should maybe display the data for all of the expanded features in the main report pane so that as you scroll through, you see data for each of the expanded features. Then, when a feature is collapsed in the side-bar, we would remove it from the main report pane.

so this would involve more manipulation of the dom than we do right now, as we pretty much just show/hide stuff that's in view right now
