Y2-axis and icons takes long time to display

• Y2-axis and icons take a long time to display when the number of data series is more.

Description

allow y2 axis and icons to display initially when the graph is created.

Graphs affected

• Line graph
• Paired result

1. Here it takes significant time to align the axis and icons with the graph.
2. In our dev site, it takes a little time to align the y2 axis and icons with the graph.

Expected Behavior

When the graph is created, the y2 axis and y2 icons should display properly aligned with the graph.
