CMS: update the MC generation doc page#3224

Update http://opendata.cern.ch/docs/cms-mc-production-overview to take into account that for 2015 MC the generator parameters are displayed directly from the MC record.

Note also that dumpLHEHeader.py is not available in the CMSSW_7_6_7 environment
