Add Favicon to BuffaLogs Application

I noticed our BuffaLogs application is missing a favicon, which impacts brand recognition and professional appearance. When accessing the application, browser tabs display the default icon rather than our BuffaLogs logo.

I'd like to take on this issue. I've already prepared a high-quality favicon from our logo and can implement the necessary HTML changes to the base template. Should be a straightforward fix that improves our application's professional appearance.

Thanks for the reminder about process. I'd like to clarify that I've been following similar procedures across projects.But sometimes what happens is when i comment on issue and wait for assigning at that time some other guy make pr like In the DICOMHawk project, I experienced a similar situation where I commented on an issue after raising it, requesting mentor assignment before proceeding, but you submitted a PR for that same issue without waiting for assignment and not even commented to assign. but let's forget that and move ahead and yaa I'm glad we're aligning on the importance of consistent contribution guidelines. they help create a better experience for everyone in the community. Looking forward to collaborating effectively on this project

Hi @Ansh5748, the contributing flow is the one that @kunalsz reported. You can read the CONTRIBUTING.md file, please follow that guidelines. Then, we always assign first-time applicant to work on the task and other PRs are closed, so don't worry.

and i git that now we can raise issue without discussion (from discord message) and comment to assign then make pr.. Thanks
