Configuration page: Keyboard shortcuts don't work

Pressing the keyboard shortcut Alt+Shift+q causes my Firefox 89.0 (64-bit) to crash (the tab only).
Works in Chromium.

Now, the keyboard shortcuts don't crash my Firefox, but still don't work for me in Firefox and in Chromium.
I bisected it back to 60540d7
