LOCAL_XML_PATHS requires a trailing slash #273
Description
Currently LOCAL_XML_PATHS must include a trailing slash:
LOCAL_XML_PATHS = ['fr-notices/']
Not including the trailing / will cause the parser to error. Ideally, this should work with or without the slash.
