  1. PERMITTED USE This software is provided for evaluation and academic research purposes only. You may view the source code and run it on local, single-user workstations for non-commercial testing and educational purposes.

  2. PROHIBITED USE (RESERVING TOTAL CONTROL) Unless you have obtained a separate written Commercial License Agreement from CFSE, you are strictly prohibited from:

    Commercial Use: Using the software for any revenue-generating activity, for-profit consultancy, or within a commercial entity.

    Cloud & HPC Deployment: Deploying, installing, or executing this software on High-Performance Computing (HPC) clusters, Public Clouds (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), or Private Clouds.

    SaaS/Service Provision: Using the software to provide a service to third parties (Software-as-a-Service) or via a web interface.

    Redistribution: Sharing, sublicensing, or selling the source code or binaries to any third party.

  3. THIRD-PARTY COMPONENTS CEASIOMpy acts as an integration framework that may utilize third-party open-source components (including but not limited to SU2, GMSH, and TIGL/CPACS).

    These third-party components remain subject to their respective original licenses (e.g., LGPL, Apache 2.0, BSD).

    This Proprietary License applies strictly to the CEASIOMpy source code, logic, and workflows developed by CFSE and does not grant you ownership of, or alter your existing rights/obligations regarding, the underlying third-party engines.

  4. NO WARRANTY This software is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

  5. GOVERNING LAW This license and any dispute arising out of it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland.
