pycsw catalog does not expose OGC:WMTS in <dct:reference>

This prevents MetaSearch not to have the "Add data" button enabled.
Also, the link seems incorrect.

@capooti looks like the resource was registered as OGC:WMS? Where would the OGC:WMTS link be derived from in this case?

@tomkralidis it would be great to have an OGC:WMTS link from the internal Hypermap MapProxy instance. What do you think?
