Watermelon with mint, yuzu kosho and nigella seeds

A dish I ate at Strangeways on Aug 6th 2022.

Ingredients

• 1 medium watermelon, peeled and chopped into a large dice (~3/4in)
• 1 tsp yuzu kosho
• 1 tsp nigella seeds
• Chiffonade of large handful fresh mint leaves
