Can't set up a new account to access Open QPCR after factory reset.!

Can anyone please help this out?
I forgot my password to access Open QPCR as usual. I usually do factory reset and after machine rebooting I connect my MacBook to machine via USB and type 192.168.7.2 in web browser. Usually Open QPCR welcome page will show and I can set up and access to machine. But not this time, instead of welcome page, login page is shown and ask for user name and password which I have forgotten. I already have done factory reset several times but the results are still the same.

One thing I noticed that the machine does not show serial number on it's reen.
It only show IP address and a software version
