Hi, we've got a ChaiqPCR and attempted a factory reset, however, after following the instructions in the manual and waiting for 30 minutes (currently at 3 hours), the device is on and fans are working, but there is no screen, and there is a single blue LED on, but none of the status LEDs are on. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
