calledOnceWith and calledOnceWithExactly missing from v3.3

I am using v3.3 and when I try to use calledOnceWith and calledOnceWithExactly I get

 TypeError: Cannot read property 'apply' of undefined
      at Assertion.<anonymous> (node_modules/sinon-chai/lib/sinon-chai.js:106:44)
