[WIP] workshop v2 updates

• fix readme/slides to point to new chainguard-demo repo
• add instructions for non-social logins and/or creating pull token
• update app to use port 5001 (5000 is used for airdrop)
• get entitlements fixed for custom assembly external users
• ask users to pull images prior to workshop (confirmation email) to prevent rate limiting issues - what if we just included those images as tarballs directly in the repo?
