GCS: consider tracking email claims #551
Description
In our Cloud Run based setup, requests to queue keys are authenticated. It might be interesting for the purposes of metrics to track the email addresses of the callers that queued keys, which could be useful in metrics we surface around the relative distribution of queued key sources over time.
