The technical test scripts serve multiple purposes:

- Select appropriate test based on position level
- Send test description and starter code to candidate
- Set clear deadline (typically 3-7 days for completion)
- Provide evaluation using criteria above
- Review solution with reference implementation
- Read test description carefully
- Review evaluation criteria
- Use provided starter code (if applicable)
- Implement solution following best practices
- Include tests and documentation
- Submit within specified timeframe
- Follow existing test patterns

- Reference solutions are for internal use only
