(Dump - /data/mta(4)/Script/Dumps ) Exc directory not removing intermediary dumps files

Some intermediary files pulled from /dsops/GOT/input are being left in the Exc script running directory, likely present due to and end of the running script / stale out before the deletion section can happen.

This steps is handled by the run_filter_scripts.py python script in both /data/mta and /data/mta4 versions.

Note. Appears as though both versions are intended to run the same. The only difference is house_keeping file locations in which the end result is another data set as a backup, as well as a backup webpage.
