Develop the SOLAR-1 Data Fetch and Formatting

Using the update_ace_data_files.py and other assorted Space Weather data fetching scripts as a basis, develop a python script to fetch and format the SWFO-L1 data of interest.

At this time, the file format of the SWFO-L1 mission data as provided by the SWPC is not known, and our planned usage has not been fully determined. Assume the format is similar to those in ACE and GOES data sets, and assume we want the provided L2 data products which mimic the energy bands in ACE.

Data once formatted will consist of astropy tables and possibly summary information in a json file, depending on desired data sets.

It is assumed that the ion sensor data set provided will be formatted similarly to the JSON file format provided for ACE mission by SWPC as the SWPC will handle the creation of L2 data products for SWFO.
