Support other grant types

Right now this application only seems to support client credentials grant type which is what you suggest configuring Okta with, but it would be very convenient if this supported other grant types like authorization code.

@abatilo would you mind describing what you are hoping to achieve and what issues you are seeing?

I tried using this for logging in to AWS via GitHub instead of Okta and ran into the problem that the only grant types that are supported are the ones that Okta uses, so this is more like aws-oidc-okta more than aws-oidc for what flows the tool supports.
