Some refinements of deposition 10307 are pending:

• Remove "GO:0160201", "GO:0160202" and polaroplast from validation exclude list pending availability through API (terms have been created NTR: Polaroplast geneontology/go-ontology#28569 NTR: Anchoring Disk geneontology/go-ontology#28570)
• Request new terms for the structures described in the paper
• Add the final publication after peer-review
• Add EMPIAR-IDs post release
• Ingest other gain files pending Ingestion Enhancement - Allow ingesting multiple gain files per run cryoet-data-portal#947
• Use state instead of description field to describe sub-structures pending Ingestion Enhancement - Include AnnotationObject.state in annotation filenames if set (and for uniqueness determination) cryoet-data-portal#946
