Tracking: finish adding scripts for the null facade name issue

scripts exist on a branch for dealing with the null facade name issue.

Cali's side of the scripts have yet to be upstreamed (they were developed with a different system/paradigm than mine - and are essentially jupyter notebooks)

Opening this issue to leave these as a TODO

probably wont work on this since our instance is the only one i know to be affected (and we have already run the fix scripts).

Due to having more important things to work on, if another instance has issues, i can reconsider getting these upstreamed at that time

WIP (first half of the fixup process, correcting the names) is in the fixup/233 branch. it is missing the last half of the fix (correcting any contributors and aliases that have been mis-assigned)
