Should we strip anchor links?

Because the terminal doesn't support links to anchors within the page we should strip them. In other words, code like this:

* [About](#about)

Which, in HTML, would render to:

<a href="#about">About</a>

Consider this example from the wild:

It appears many terminals have support for actual hyperlinks now (gist), would it be worth considering supporting them on a per-case basis?

@msfjarvis that's an interesting idea, though this issue in particular is about named anchor links that link elsewhere on the page.

@muesli I wonder if this issue is relevant anymore given the acute point you made in #43:

…the anchored URLs in #4 could still be useful to other users of the renderer - you could open them in a browser after all…

I think we could add this as an option. I can totally see why you might want to disable them sometimes.

It is possible to implement within-page anchor links in some terminals, like kitty.
