I've been cooking up something special in glow

I've always liked glow as a markdown viewer but the codeblock has always looked a bit off. So I've taken the time to modify chroma to allow for background colors in tty mode. This along with some more changes in glow I've now gotten the codeblocks to have a nice looking backdrop color to separate it from the rest of the markdown document.

Did you modify the glamour library to render codeblock with background? Where can I see this code ?;-)

Glad you like it :D

It's a modification to the chroma library and the glamour library. Currently chroma is used for displaying the codeblocks and does not support background colours for tty output. I do have a open PR for chroma I am working on to address this alecthomas/chroma#1050. Once that has been figured out, I'll most likely create a PR for glamour and glow to update it to have background colours in the codeblock.

At the moment I don't really want to post the glamour library updates until I sort out the interface with chroma.
