v2: Add option to disable table overflow row #557

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I don't want an overflow row on a table. I'm not sure what it's original intended purpose was, presumably it makes sense when the user is being informed that there are more rows than their terminal window size permits and that they need to make their terminal window bigger to accomodate the extra rows?
But I'm employing pagination and in that scenario, an overflow row is arguably superfluous.
Describe the solution you'd like
Add an option to disable the default overflow row.
