Markdown output is flickery

It seems that the whole screen gets redrawn with every new line.
I hope that can be somehow optimised.

Fwiw, have noticed this as well on macOS, mostly with large terminal windows. My off-the-cuff guess is Bubble Tea is struggling to keep up with a large canvas, potentially exasperated by Glamor overhead.

There are some plans to improve rendering on the Bubble Tea side, but no ETA yet.
