Once we have our diatasix structure in place, include a howto/explanation for advanced networking scenarios.

For example:

• ipvs proxy mode (MetalLB: recommend IPVS proxy mode #772)

Also consider documenting the case where a cni (multus) uses the bridge plugin (which isn't a default use case). Bridges created by this plugin won't be cleaned up, so we may want to callout the need to remove those bridges when needed.
