[Bug]: Invalid Homepage Link on npm #1411

Current and expected behavior
"Homepage" URL leads to old github.io docs site which doesn't exist. From what I understand, the current one is https://chartist.dev/ and the npm "Homepage" needs to be updated by a npm package owner.

1.3.0
Possible solution
Update the Homepage URL on npm registry to https://chartist.dev/.
