[Feature] Allow AI to update converation title based on full chat context

Problem Description
Today, the title of a chat is auto generated based on the first message sent to the AI, which often doesn't come up with a useful chat title.

Proposed Solution
An option to update chat titles using AI based on the full conversation, to get a much more accurate chat title.
