channel owner: clicking member added messages only work if the device added the contact #7876
Description
when using multi-device, sometimes one or the other device is the one adding the contact, depending on this, the "Foo added" message is clickable in desktop and android, the apps check if msg.getInfoContactId() is different from zero and different from DC_CONTACT_ID_SELF so it is having one of those values, because then they are not clickable
