[Feature Request]: Configurable Token to EXP conversion ratio

I think it would be nice to have a configurable way to change the token to exp conversion ratio, mostly for people that use AI less than heavy enterprise users. I'd even be happy with a "Easy/Medium/Hard" type setting if not a slider of some sort. Waiting 3 months to get a new egg as a "light" user is a bit ridiculous in my opinion. Some people may prefer the long "grind" but this project doesn't seem very viable unless you're cranking out hundreds of millions of tokens a day.

I think some sort of scaling, similar to how pokemon levels require more and more EXP would be appropriate, like you should get your first pokemon and level it up ect with light usage, but more pokemon and more evolutions require heavier usage
