Message Bubbles and Basic UI Improvements

Hi, everyone.

Recently tested the chatwoot mobile app. I noticed some inconsistencies on the UI. The message bubble colors don't match the web app, that is the sent messages should be in blue not gray.

Some other things to add:

• Add the Instagram Icon to the inbox UI section.
• Add playhead for received audio messages (for sent audio messages is working correctly).
• Also it would be good to add the dark mode.
• You could also add the ability to send Whatsapp templates within the app.
• Ability to reply a specific message.

These are basic features that would improve drastically the chatwoot mobile app experience.
