Description
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently, when using the mobile app (iOS/Android), if I receive an image from a user/customer, I cannot download it to my device or share/forward it to other apps.
When I long-press on an image in the chat interface, the only option available in the context menu is "Delete". This makes it impossible to extract screenshots or proofs sent by customers without assigning the conversation to another agent or switching to the mobile browser version as a workaround.
Describe the solution you'd like
I would like the long-press context menu on image attachments to include:
- "Save Image" / "Download"
- "Share" (to trigger the native OS share sheet)
Either of these would work for us.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Currently, we have to log in via the mobile browser (Chrome/Safari) to save images, which defeats the purpose of having the native app.
Additional context
This functionality is critical for support workflows where agents need to forward evidence or screenshots to other departments outside of Chatwoot.
