Can’t see images nor audio in iOS app from the WhatsApp inbox conversations

To Reproduce

Try to open an image or audio message

Expected behavior

Display image/ play audio

Environment

• Self hosted Chatwoot
• Device Name: iPhone 12
• OS Version: iOS 26.1 (23B85)
• Chatwoot App Version: 4.3.7
• Chatwoot Server Version: 4.9.1
