Enhanced Mobile Push Notifications with Message Preview #1025

The current mobile push notifications are too generic. Currently, a notification says: "A conversation (#8) has been assigned to you". This lacks context and forces an agent to open the app every time just to see the nature of the query.
Describe the solution you'd like
I would like Chatwoot notifications to be more descriptive and actionable, similar to Zoho Desk. The notification should include the Sender's Name and a Preview of the Message Content.

As seen in the attached screenshots:
- Zoho Desk: Provides high context with the sender name and message body.
- Chatwoot: Provides low context, only showing the conversation ID.
Additional context
There is similar issue with Desktop Browser notifications as well.
