Hi @ALI-OUAAZANI. Your connections look healthy — six providers green in the topology. What is failing is the model you are calling: every red line is auto/best-free, with 0 tokens in and 0 out, which means the request never reached a provider.

auto/best-free is not a model. It is a virtual combo that builds a candidate pool restricted to free-tier models, and if no connected provider matches that filter, the pool comes back empty and the request fails before dispatch (open-sse/services/autoCombo/virtualFactory.ts:1015-1046). Being connected and green is not enough to enter that pool.

To confirm in one step: open Monitoring → Logs, click one of the red auto/best-free lines, and paste the error field here. If it says ALL_TARGETS_SKIPPED, the response body lists the reason per target, and that tells us exactly which filter is emptying the pool.

Meanwhile, to check your setup is fine: send a request naming a concrete model from one of your green connections instead of auto/best-free. If that works, the problem is only the free-tier pool, not your installation.

Also useful: your OmniRoute version and which client you are calling from.
