Description
Do a release thing
- Migrate the Msys release VM to Progress account - Move azure-chef-extention release server under progress #365
- do a release using the new VM
- update release documentation based on release process
Automate the release thing
- create a buildkite pipeline using expeditor (will work with jsnapp/releng)
- get expeditor access to the azure account e.g. add credentials to the "vault"
- can we do any automated testing?
- can we make an automate released for testing?
- can we enable "promoting" a full release?

- we can release the thing
- we can automate the release of the thing
