Idea for helper task: Read Policyfile Lock Json into pipeline variables

A Policy build pipeline will generate a Policyfile.lock.json. It can be useful to parse that document (primarily for the revision ID). A helper task that reads the JSON and sets pipeline variables with a prefix might he helpful.
